The EA CRM Analytics team is looking for a CRM Analyst to focus on EA Sports in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The role involves digging into diverse data sets from owned marketing campaigns across website, email, and in‑game messaging, applying leading‑edge data analytics techniques, extracting insights, creating data visualizations, and communicating recommendations to our Sports Franchise partners to guide action and bring impact.
Responsibilities
- Select, process, and explore data from an array of internal and third‑party data sources for owned marketing channels such as email, website, and in‑game messaging.
- Create presentations with crisp data visualizations to tell compelling data stories to partners and influence the business. Distill quantitative insights into easy‑to‑digest and intuitive presentation forms.
- Work closely with CRM Sports Franchise partners to understand their needs and deliver data analysis to support decision‑making that leads to improved business performance, ultimately becoming a trusted advisor.

- Approach analyses with minimal guidance and employ structured, strategic thinking to design a plan before digging into data.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) or economics; advanced degrees preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant hands‑on analytical experience, with the ability to manage the analytical process and translate findings into recommendations. Advantage for previous marketing analytics experience.
- Knowledge of and practical experience with statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing.
- SQL skills, including experience querying complex datasets from a variety of multiple sources.
- Familiarity with R statistical programming (or equivalent) to explore diverse data sets and create descriptive and predictive models (correlation analysis, regression modeling, cluster analysis).
- Curious and creative, you enjoy exploring data and finding the next big opportunity.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Able to operationalize abstract questions into a quantitative investigation and tackle them in a data‑driven manner.
- Strong communication skills – regular project updates, communication with and across teams, and analytical “storytelling.”
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team and with other teams spread globally.
- You have the enthusiasm and motivation to challenge thinking and promote meaningful change.

Pay Transparency – North America
Compensation & Benefits
- British Columbia (Vancouver–Victoria) – $91,100 – $126,900 CAD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top‑up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full‑time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
