Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant . This role is critical in ensuring excellent customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing helpful information about our products and services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction : Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person, ensuring all interactions are professional and courteous.
  • Issue Resolution : Handle customer complaints and concerns by identifying problems, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Order Processing : Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues related to orders or returns.
  • Documentation : Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system accurately and efficiently.
  • Feedback Collection : Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience processes.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
