Job descriptionOversee and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for plant equipment and facilities Perform hands-on mechanical repairs including motors, belts, fixtures, and light electrical work Support production, logistics, and material handling teams to minimize downtime Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and basic computer records Lead and enforce health & safety programs, audits, and incident investigations 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (millwright experience preferred; ticket not required) Strong mechanical aptitude with light electrical knowledge Comfortable working as a hands-on “handyman” on the shop floor Forklift certification and OHSA / CPR certifications considered assets Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work extended hours, including weekends

- Full time, days shift (weekend and afternoon availability required)
- Up to $80,000 / year, negotiable based on experience
