Polygon Homes (Polygon) is widely recognized as one of British Columbia’s most prominent and trusted residential developers.

Since it was established in 1980, Polygon has thoughtfully designed and constructed more than 34,0000 homes throughout Metro Vancouver.

The company’s impressive portfolio ranges from luxury high-rise towers, wood-frame condominiums and townhomes within established urban centres, to master-planned communities in desirable, emerging regions.

From the corporate head office to the site, the Polygon team is unified by a shared commitment to creating desirable homes, as well as by the company’s positive and supportive culture.

  • closely manage each project’s development objectives, schedule, budget, deliverables, and reporting;
  • efficiently guide projects through the development and building approval processes and ensure full adherence to municipal regulatory requirements;

  • support and facilitate open and clear communication among all members of the project team.

The Candidate

  • a minimum of five years of experience managing multiple projects through design, approvals, and construction phases, either as a developer or an architect;

  • a broad and thorough understanding of development processes and regulations throughout Metro Vancouver;
  • productive working relationships with a wide network of design consultants, municipal staff, and City Councils;
  • demonstrated knowledge of drawing standards and the ability to review and critique drawing submissions; and
  • ideally, familiarity with Bluebeam and Sketchup.

To consider this role, you must have a sincere passion for creating high-quality, community-focused, multi-family residential housing.

You will require exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills. You must also be conscientious, thorough, methodical, and detail-oriented.

To thrive within the Polygon culture, you should be confident while humble, and possess an unwavering commitment to working with integrity.

In addition to a positive work environment, challenging work, mentorship, and a rewarding career progression, this position offers a salary of $120,000 - $150,000 (based on experience) plus a bonus.
