We’re hiring a Shift Supervisor in Windsor, ON!

Starting wage : $25.00 / hour (negotiable based on experience)

Full-time position

Swing shift rotation (days & afternoons)

Days : 6 : 45am – 3 : 15pm

Afternoons : 3 : 30pm – 12 : 00am

Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities during assigned shifts

Lead, coach, and support production staff to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment to maintain efficient operations

Troubleshoot and address production or staffing issues in real time

Complete shift reports, production documentation, and shift handovers

Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback

Collaborate with management, maintenance, and quality teams

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education an asset)

Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Availability to work rotating day and afternoon shifts

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment

Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
