Position : Industrial Millwright (Industrial Mechanic)

Location : Belleville, Ontario

Compensation : $44.34 per hour + Shift premiums

Shifts : Rotating – Days, Afternoons, and Midnights OR Continental Rotating 12-hour shifts

Overview :

We’re seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright to join our maintenance and engineering team in Belleville. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical systems and equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, assemble, and dismantle machinery and equipment according to layout plans and blueprints.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and part replacement.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Repair or replace defective parts using appropriate tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Align and calibrate machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders and parts usage.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
