Reporting to the HSE Manager, the HSE Administrator is based in the Edmonton Ellwood Office on a Monday to Friday basis.

What You Will Be Working On

• Maintain and update the district safety training matrix; track and follow up on training requirements.
• Support project teams with accurate and timely monthly safety reporting.
• Analyze leading and lagging indicators to identify trends and prepare actionable reports for leadership.
• Organize and maintain incident reports, employee training records, and project safety files.
• Participate in HSE meetings and document key discussion points and action items.
• Contribute to the development of project‑specific HSE plans and assist with COR audits.
• Provide support to the Joint Worksite Health & Safety (JWHS) committee chair as needed.
• Facilitate HSE onboarding sessions for new hires and manage issuance and tracking of PPE.
• Keep office emergency response plans and safety posting boards current and compliant, perform monthly office HSE inspections.
• Complete and maintain ACSA Auditor certification requirements.
• Perform additional administrative tasks to support HSE operations as required.
