About the Division

Saskatoon Public Schools is the largest school division in Saskatchewan. We have more than 28,000 students in 47 elementary schools, 10 collèges and one alliance school (Charles Red Hawk Elementary School on the Whitecap Dakota Nation). We employ more than 3,300 people as educators, educational assistants, administrators, library technicians, caretakers and more.

Responsibilities

Provide a variety of secretarial duties to support daily operations of both secondary and elementary schools. Duties include :

Word processing tasks using a variety of Microsoft Office products

General reception duties, filing, mail distribution, photocopying

Basic accounting tasks

Other related secretarial duties

Qualifications

Grade 12 or equivalent standing

Successful completion of one year of post‑secondary education in business education

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Computerized accounting experience considered an asset

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
