Salary :

Mancal Energy Inc. (MEI) is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Summer Student to support our Engineering team for the 2026 summer season. This internship offers the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in modelling, data analysis, and preparing technical presentations to real-world energy sector projects. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with MEIs Engineering Team on projects, research, data analysis and trend predictions across MEIs Core Areas.

The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the following :

• Assisting with analysis of operational data
• Support the preparation of technical documents, reporting and presentations
• Process simulation modelling and performance prediction, trend analysis and recommendations
• Introduction to new technologies and equipment and how they relate to optimization
• Work with production engineer to review data validation and correction workflow
• Participate in technical team meetings and provide technical opinions and feedback

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

To meet the challenge of this role, we are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, self-starter who works well in high levels of autonomy.
