Responsibilities :
- Working collaboratively with other senior developers on innovative technical architecture
- Design and build highly available, resilient, and scalable APIs for our platform
- Creating beautiful, clever, and fast code
- Willingness to apply rapid iteration and prototyping of systems when needed
- Perform code reviews to improve our team
- Using test-driven development to write well-tested code
- Collaborate with leaders in product and tech to solve the right problems
Experience and Skills :
- Natural ability to problem solve, with proven ability to deliver elegant, innovative solutions to problems, which you should be able to discuss in-depth
- Deep working knowledge of our primary languages - TypeScript, C#, and Java - typically comes with 4+ years
- Prior experience with document databases, microservices, event-based architectures, automated testing, and continuous delivery are all required
- Experience in technologies such as AWS - Lambda, EKS, SQS, Kinesis, DynamoDB, IAM, Redis, CloudFormation (or better, CDK) is beneficial
