Web Developer - Adobe AEM

Responsible for :

Leading the design, development, and optimization of Adobe AEM components, templates, and content fragments

Design and implement regional content delivery strategies within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Design and build dynamic, responsive forms using AEM Forms using core form components and related technologies

Collaborate with content authors and UX designers to streamline content workflows and improve authoring experiences

Integrate AEM with other platforms (e.g., M365, SharePoint) where needed

Support governance, performance tuning, and security best practices for AEM environments

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and analysts

Document architect, workflows and development standards

Completion of a 4-year Computer Science or Engineering degree, or equivalent diploma

5+ years of experience in web development, with 3+ years in Adobe AEM

Proven experience with :

AEM location detection and regional content delivery such as IP based and / or postal code geolocation

AEM Forms (adaptive forms using core form components, rule editor, data integrations)

Content Fragment Models

Experience Fragments

Strong understanding of AEM architecture, Sling models, and JCR

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
