Hamilton, ON

Pay : $20 / hr - $22 / hr

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Labourer to join our team.

You will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations by moving and handling inventory, re-palleting products, and picking and shipping orders.

The role also includes some computer work for order processing and invoicing.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are motivated to contribute to a well-organized and efficient team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Move inventory from the packaging department to the warehouse (working with meat)

Handle inventory by moving pallets and re-palleting products

Pick and ship orders accurately and efficiently

Perform computer work related to picking orders and invoicing

Use company ERP programs and Microsoft Office software as needed

Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal

Follow safety and sanitation protocols for all products and work areas

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting

Operating lift tow and pallet jack is a benefit

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with ERP programs and Microsoft Office

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Comfortable working with packaged meat products in cold cooler and freezer environments

Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
