Reporting directly to the Manager, Control Centre, the Team Lead, Control Centre, will be responsible for supporting the control center team in all functions.

What You’ll Do Here

• Support day‑to‑day Control Centre operations to ensure work is completed accurately and on time
• Act as a go‑to resource for Resource Associates by answering questions and helping resolve issues
• Help train and support team members to ensure they understand their roles and expectations
• Assist with organizing documentation and keeping procedures up to date
• Communicate challenges, updates, and progress to the Manager, Control Centre
• Help implement new processes by documenting, training, and supporting the team through change
• Work closely with employees and contractors to ensure smooth collaboration
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and encouragement to help the team perform at their best
• Step in to support Resource Associates when needed
• Participate in planning discussions and contribute ideas for improving processes and performance
