As an Automotive Customer Service Advisor, you will interface with customers and dealers through voice, chat, email interactions to provide an exceptional customer service experience. You’ll act as the frontline touchpoint for our elite clientele, handling inquiries, complaints, and providing technical support on automotive issues. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As an Automotive Customer Service Advisor, you’ll :

• Coordinates resolutions to customer vehicle issues, dealership complaints, warranty policies, and more.
• Corresponds to customer inquiries from inbound inquiries, emails and mail
• Provides campaign information to customers and documents according to Consumer Affairs policies
• Documents customer inquiries received from customer correspondence and corporate surveys; updates consumer affairs case files with appropriate documentation
• Acts as a liaison between National Consumer Affairs and the Regional Office regarding Consumer Affairs related issues
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
