Sr. Shift Supervisor – Costco

Advantage Solutions

Pay range : CA$19.00 / hr - CA$19.00 / hr

Responsibilities

Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by providing live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop.
Support leadership through tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Qualifications

Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday.

Can lift up to 23 kilograms on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.

Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.

Have reliable transportation to and from work location.

Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.

Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.

Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.

Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
