We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our culinary team at Chances Casino Signal Point, Williams Lake.

As the Chef, you will independently oversee all aspects of food preparation and management, including menu planning, pricing, ordering supplies, and creating dishes. You will lead the kitchen team, maintain quality and safety standards, and contribute to the culinary excellence that makes our guests return. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all food and beverage preparation to ensure the highest quality.
• Manage food purchases and maintain inventory levels, ensuring cost control.
• Coordinate workplace inspections and staff training; promptly report incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
• Ensure all kitchen stations are stocked before and during meal periods.
• Schedule staff, evaluate performance, and provide coaching and mentoring.
• Train staff to meet company standards of food quality, preparation, and customer service.
• Enforce proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
