In this role, you will be a part of the Contract Administration team, of the Transportation sector, based in our Hamilton, Brampton or Markham Ontario office(s) and have the opportunity to work on the MTO and municipal projects.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Oversee, document, review, and assess contractor’s compliance with contractual requirements.
• Take accurate and detailed measurements of all work performed by the contractor to ensure accurate payments for work performed.
• Prepare daily site observation report and maintain a daily photograph log.
• Assist the Contract Administrator in preparing various internal / external reports and other status reports to client.
• Assist the Contract Administrator with the review of contractor submissions (critical path schedules, field changes, monthly payment certificates for compliance with contractual obligations.
• Confirm the appropriate qualifications and certifications for all contractor employees, resources, and equipment.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders as required.

The salary range for this role is between $62K - $82.1K. The actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
