Nanny

Our family in Chestermere, Alberta is seeking a dedicated, reliable, and nurturing full-time nanny to care for our four children, ranging in ages from 2 to 8 years old. Due to the young ages of our children and their varying developmental needs, we require consistent, individualized care and supervision throughout the day.

Both parents have demanding schedules, making it difficult to meet the daily care needs of our children without additional support. We are looking for someone who can provide a safe, stable, and supportive home environment, while assisting with the children’s daily routines.

The primary responsibilities include supervising and caring for the children, preparing meals and snacks, assisting with homework for school-aged children, organizing age-appropriate educational and recreational activities, and supporting the youngest child with early development. The nanny will also help maintain a structured daily routine that promotes the children’s well-being and development.

The ideal candidate must be patient, dependable, and experienced in caring for multiple children of different ages. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage children’s varying needs are essential. Flexibility and a positive attitude are highly valued.

The nature of the role requires availability to support early mornings, after-school care, and occasional extended hours when needed.
