I am currently looking for a level 1-2 computer technician for one of our customers. This is a temporary position, for at least 3 months, on site, 37.
5 hours per week. Hourly pay will vary according to experience, and is subject to discussion.Your tasks will include : - Diagnose technical and performance problems encountered when using equipment or applications, and take the necessary corrective action.
- Respond to users' various requests and advise them on actions to be taken to optimize the use of their equipment and software;
- Prepare guides or procedures on the use of certain software or peripherals- Install workstations according to users' needs;
test them and ensure their proper functioning; provide all basic instructions required by users- Ensure that the computer network is working.
Detect and report abnormal service interruptions or slowdowns. - Update interventions in the operations tracking system.
Participate in the management of security groups and access rights to cloud systems.- DEP or AEC in computer science - At least 2 years' experience in a similar position- Knowledge of problem-solving and maintenance of computer hardware and software, including servers and peripherals- Basic knowledge of network configuration, management and security, including communications protocols such as IP- Advanced knowledge and administration of Windows (10 and 11), Azure, as well as mobile operating systems on Android and iPhone- Knowledge of concepts related to cloud system operation, especially Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
