Senior Program Manager to set up a Program Office in support of their ICAM initiatives. ?
Our valued Public Sector Client is looking for a Senior Program Manager to set up a Program Office in support of their ICAM initiatives.
The solution shall provide an Enterprise-wide, unique identities management system with, a Centralized Identity data broker, a Credential Management system, Centralized Authentication and Authorization policy management and enforcement, a Centralized Logical Access Control system, an Integrated Physical Access Control system and Integrated Monitoring, Auditing and Reporting.
The goal of the Program Office is to take care of product evolution and create a way forward as well as advise and escalate up to senior management regarding any issues / concerns for ICAM.
Responsibilities :
- Create a mandate and a vision in order to recommend and propose options to senior management.
- Gather all requirements needed to establish a Program Office.
- Put in a governance body in place in order to engage stakeholder.
- Propose new ways of doing things and become an entity of advisors that people report to.
Must Haves :
- 2+ years of experience working on Security Initiatives ( ICAM, IAM, PAM, MFA, Cyber , etc.)
- Experience in governance.
- Secret Clearance
Nice to Haves :
- Experience setting up a Program Office or PMO.
- Experience working at DND
