310T Supervisor

As a 310T Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in managing our fleet of heavy-duty vehicles and ensuring they are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards. You will lead a team of skilled technicians oversee maintenance schedules and coordinate repair and service activities to keep our equipment operating efficiently.

What youre responsible for :

• Supervise and lead a team of 310T technicians providing guidance and support in their daily tasks
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of our fleet
• Perform maintenance repair and diagnostics on a wide range of heavy machinery and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle repairs inspections and maintenance work
• Oversee the procurement of parts and supplies required for vehicle maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical issues
• Complete repairs and replacements of faulty components adhering to safety and quality standards
