You as a Project Administrator will :
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
- Book and coordinate meetings and create and distribute meeting minutes
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, resource room schedules, various Excel spreadsheets and training materials
- Ensure that employee and equipment time is recorded and entered
- Create documentation such as client reports, presentations and proposals as required
- Receive and validate invoices, assist with accounts payable viewing / coding and approvals
- Liaise with subtrades and project personnel towards ensuring project pre-requisites are in place
- Manage and track jobsite attendance and coordinate personnel data-tracking protocols
- Ensure project and personnel data is compiled, tracked and updated accurately
