Referee & League Operations Coordinator

Community Sports Partners is hiring full-time adult league referees to support our growing Soccer and / or Volleyball leagues both on and off the pitch. The primary responsibility of this role is officiating league matches, with additional support across league operations, facilities, and team engagement during non-game hours.

This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who understands the game, enjoys being involved in league operations, and is looking for stable, full-time work within a fast-growing soccer & volleyball organisation.

The responsibilities listed below outline the core duties of the role. This position is dynamic in nature, and team members may be required to support additional operational tasks as needed to ensure the smooth running and growth of the adult leagues.

Requirements

Refereeing & Game Day Operations

• Officiate league matches consistently and professionally
• Complete match reporting (scores, cards, incidents)
• Verify team rosters and manage pre-game check-ins
• Ensure punctual kick-offs and smooth game flow
• Handle minor disputes and escalate when required
• Support referee scheduling, availability tracking, and training of new referees
