Team Lead – Payments and Banking

Our client, in the not-for-profit sector, seeks a Senior Accountant to support them during a period of transition. This role will start out on a three-month contract and has the potential of extension.

Reporting directly to the Controller, your responsibilities will include :

• Issuing transfer deposits
• Loan statements (interest calculations)
• Preparing financial statements
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and review account history
• Fund accounting
• Journal entries

Job Requirements :

To be considered for this opportunity, you are a designated Senior Accountant (CPA or equivalent), with at least 5 years of full cycle accounting experience. You are comfortable working in a very structured environment, with multiple stakeholders, and changing priorities.
