Job description

A leading automotive technology firm is seeking a hybrid leadership role that balances people management and hands-on technical guidance. The ideal candidate will manage a small engineering team, drive the technical roadmap, and contribute to building innovative AI systems. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, managing dependencies, and guiding architectural design. Candidates should have 4+ years of management experience, expertise in AI / ML, and proficiency in Python or Java. The salary range is CAD 135,000 - CAD 150,000, with bonuses available.
