What are your contributions to the team?

Optimize the logistics in direct support to the Production team

Monitor the purchased and manufactured shortages and resolving them with the Internal Logistics and Suppliers team

Ensure visibility to the production team on the resolution of shortages

Comply with the operational processes, the employee performance management and development processes, while developing a mobilizing and winning work climate

Define Logistics KPIs & governance, ensure proper training and development of team members

Build and develop of the Logistics team based on the operational needs

Optimize internal and external processes

Promote and act as a leader for Operational Excellence implementation

Ensure the compliance with the Manufacturing Strategy and the achievement of the highest Logistics standards

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience

You have a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Operations Management and or three (3) years of relevant experience in Logistics

You are fully bilingual (English and French) written and spoken

You have experience in Logistics

You are knowledgeable with SAP and / or BAAN would be an asset

You possess good leadership in managing major initiatives involving working with internal and external partners, in a context of new product industrialization

You have the capacity to work with concepts and translate them into solid execution plans, good project management skills

You are recognized for your leadership, your communication and your coaching skills, for your ability to mobilize and engage a team

You have experience in the Aerospace Industry and the understanding of the aircraft and its components would be an asset

You are proficient with the Microsoft Suite
