Job Description
Job Opportunity : Business Analyst (1-Year Contract) Location : Hybrid (Lower Mainland preferred for in-office days)
Rate Range : $50-$70hr Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver core BA services, Project Management, and Business Change Management.
- Facilitate meetings both in-person and virtually.
- Hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of two days in-office per month.
- Produce process maps, project plans, presentations, business cases, and more using MS Office Suite and Visio.

- Communication : Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal : Build and maintain collaborative relationships across diverse groups.
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Technical : Proficient in MS Office Suite and translating requirements into user stories.
- Change Management : Effectively manage change across stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualities :
- Quick learner, self-starter, and relationship builder.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to gain agreement on project approach.
Local candidates in the Lower Mainland are preferred due to in-office requirements.
