Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Corporate Accountant will support accounting functions across the Hall Group of Companies, with a focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset reconciliations, equipment reporting and monthly financial reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Core Responsibilities :

• Perform Month End reconciliations for multiple Hall Group of Companies.
• Manage Accounts Receivable billings and collections across business units.
• Maintain the capital equipment schedule and post any related entries
• Support the Equipment team with lease documentations and month-end equipment cost allocations.
• Manage Accounts Payables processing, reconcile monthly credit card statements and remittance of GST / PST.
• Assist with monthly reporting, audit preparation, and administrative support as needed.
