Job description
A leading performance apparel company is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Compensation to oversee the Compensation Centre of Excellence. The ideal candidate will manage performance and compensation cycles, develop compensation initiatives, and work closely with business partners. Required qualifications include 8-10 years of experience in a multinational environment, a degree in Finance or HR, and proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits, and requires in-person collaboration four days a week.
