RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare and skillfully cook dishes in accordance with our recipes and stringent quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and actively assist in procuring supplies as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and meticulously organized kitchen environment at all times.
- Ensure that all food is meticulously prepared to meet the highest quality standards, consistently delighting our customers.
- Collaborate closely with the entire kitchen team, fostering seamless and efficient operations throughout the culinary process.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Line Cook, demonstrating a strong culinary background and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
- Comprehensive knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, displaying resilience and composure under pressure, while consistently delivering high-quality results.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a demanding kitchen setting.
