This dynamic individual will be well-organized, self-motivated, and client-centric, with a balance of soft skills across talent acquisition, account management, and business development.
With excellent communication skills, a commitment to client success, and a keen eye for talent and opportunities, the Senior Consultant will be trusted to manage key client relationships and ensure those clients receive the best talent that fits their organizational needs.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and business goals;
- Identify and target potential clients through various business development strategies.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates;
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events;
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various roles;
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews, providing detailed candidate assessments;
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit;
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process to ensure a smooth transition for both clients and candidates;
- Provide feedback and support to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process;
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful placements; and
- All other duties as required.
As the ideal candidate, you have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You bring proven experience in full-cycle recruitment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You have strong business development and client management abilities, and are proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
You possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong organizational and time management abilities.
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail is also desired.
