Parts Technician
Job Description
- must have data entry skills invoicing, crediting operating system knowledge as an asset
- Computer, Typing, email communications, parts research, managing spreadsheets
- able to lift 50 lbs
- Operate a forklift
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- self-starter
- cycle counts
- stock ordering
- Stock usage forecasting ( daily basis / weekly)
- Housekeeping skills ( clean stock room)
Qualifications
- Minimum valid class G and asset
- Minimum 1 Year of parts Experience in the Automotive or Transportation Industry is a must
- Basic math skills
- Good communication skills
- Punctual and self-motivated
- Ability to lift medium-weight objects
- Attention to details such as parts cataloging and electronic inventory systems
- The ability to deal effectively with mechanics
- Must be Able to Provide a Clean Criminal Record Search
- Must Provide Two Reference Checks From Recent Employer
