This NPO is looking to hire a Finance Assistant to work on site with their hard working team. This client offers excellent mentorship, as well as the ability to get involved in the local community with fundraising and special events for an admirable cause.

Responsibilities:

- Accounts receivables included handling incoming donations

- Accounts Payables processing

- Employee expense processing

- Reconcile credit cards and bank accounts

- Journal entries

- Additional duties such as back up for reception, assisting with some administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

The successful Finance Assistant will demonstrate and eager and helpful attitude towards the team. Candidates should express the desire to learn and grow, as well as an interest in community engagement. You will have 1-3 years of Accounting related experience and post secondary education is a strong asset.
