The ideal candidate is creative, technically skilled, and passionate about hands-on optical experiments, design and innovation. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test custom laser systems and modules.
• Perform precision optical alignment of lasers and photonic assemblies.
• Develop custom tooling and fixture solutions for assembly and testing.
• Conduct measurement, characterization, and validation of optical components.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and results.
• Source components, fixtures, and specialized test equipment.
• Rapidly prototype electro-optical assemblies to support product development.
