We are currently seeking a proactiveindividual to join our clients team as a Customer ServiceRepresentative. As a key member of their customer support team youwill handle inbound and outbound customer communications to ensurea positive customer experience.
You will be responsible foraddressing customer inquiries processing orders and resolvingissues in a timely and efficient manner.
KeyResponsibilities
- Respond to customerinquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely andprofessional manner.
- Process customer ordersreturns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high levelof empathy and patience.
- Maintain accuraterecords of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timelyresolution of customer issues.
- Follow up withcustomers to ensure their satisfaction with products andservices.
- Provide feedback to management onrecurring customer issues and suggestions forimprovement.
- Adhere to all company policiesand procedures including health and safetypractices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is aplus.
- Previous experience in a customerservice role.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Strong problemsolvingabilities and attention to detail.
- Proficientwith computers and customer servicesoftware.
- Experience with SAP.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of ateam.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Flexibility to work variousshifts including evenings and weekends asneeded.
