Proven ability to build rapport with B2B clients and identify growth opportunities through consultative communication. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through in all aspects of the sales and fulfillment cycle. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or ERP systems; Salesforce or equivalent experience is an asset. Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :
- Manage and process B2B client orders from entry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing attentive service and timely updates.
- Proactively identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities for additional marketing, print, or promotional solutions.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status with professionalism and urgency.
- Coordinate with account management, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless fulfillment.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals, supporting business development efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of communications, orders, and sales activity using CRM and ERP systems.
- Support seasonal campaigns, special projects, and client initiatives as required.
