Full Time Painter - Summer Student

We’re hiring  Full-Time Painters for the Spring–Summer season in Barrie / Innisfil . This position is ideal for  students —high school or university—who want a solid summer job, enjoy working with their hands, and like being rewarded for putting in consistent effort.

No painting experience? That’s completely fine.

We provide full training and ongoing support.

What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Hours

40–50 hours per week

Full-time preferred

Some weekend flexibility (weather-dependent)

Pay

Starting at $18 / hr

Opportunity to earn  up to $24 / hr  later in the season by taking on additional responsibilities

Raises based on reliability, skill development, and leadership—not seniority
