What You'll Do

Our ideal Marketing Manager will be an integral contributor to the company. You'll be working on multiple projects to continue making us the #1 HR Software for SMB business. If you get a kick out of solving problems and building beautiful world class software, then you will love BambooHR.

Responsibilities

Increase brand awareness and market share
Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies
Analyze market trends and preparing forecasts
Develop and manage the marketing department's budget
Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
Manage product marketing, demand generation, social media, and events teams
Understand the competitive landscape

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years experience in B2B marketing and sales

Proficient with Marketo, Salesforce, and SEO
