Forklift Driver/Packaging Staff
Garaventa Lift is a leading accessibility manufacture. We have a position open for an experienced forklift driver. The potential candidate must be able to start as soon as possible.
Shift times are Monday to Friday 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Operate the forklift.
- Prepare outgoing shipping and crate products.
- Secure parts on pallets using the forklift to run loads through shrink wrap machines.
- Ensure products are packaged correctly.
- Follow shipping schedule for prioritizing work.
- Enter shipping information in the ERP system.
- Report on non-conformance parts.
- Ensure safety policies and practices are followed.
- Other duties as delegated by management.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 1 years of shipping or warehousing experience.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Lift up to 50 LBS.
- Work overtime when required.
