Analyste financier - Acquisitions et intégrations
Job Description
- En mode pré-acquisition , participer activement à la vérification diligente :
- Analyser et valider les données financières
- Préparer les projections financières
- Recueillir toute l’information nécessaire afin de procéder à la revue diligente
- Analyser les documents reçus et documenter les éléments importants
- Évaluer la rentabilité des transactions proposées
- Une fois l’acquisition conclue, être un acteur important dans son intégration dans le groupe :
- Faire l’intégration financière des nouvelles entités (budget, ajustements après-clôture, etc.)
- Préparer les budgets des sociétés acquises après la transaction
- Préparer les écritures comptables d’intégration
- Et parce que le travail d’équipe est important dans notre équipe, accompagner son gestionnaire, soit le directeur financier - acquisitions et intégrations et l’équipe comptabilité dans toutes autres tâches permettant de faire des acquisitions, un succès !
Profil
- Vous avez complété un BAC en administration, comptabilité ou une formation équivalente ;
- Vous êtes membre de l’ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec ;
- Vous cumulez un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle en cabinet comptable ;
- Vous maîtrisez les outils de la suite office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook ) ;
- Vous maîtrisez la langue française tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ;
- Vous êtes en mesure de travailler et collaborer également en anglais ;
- On dit de vous que vous êtes structuré et rigoureux ;
- Votre œil de lynx vous permet de repérer les éléments les plus pertinents dans le cadre d’analyse ;
- Vous avez de bonnes habiletés de communication et de synthèse ;
- Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, de débrouillardise et d’une grande éthique professionnelle.

Requirements
Maîtrise de la comptabilité et de la finance corporative, compétences analytiques, notamment la connaissance des états financiers et des principes comptables généraux, l’analyse des états financiers, les méthodes d'évaluation et d’analyse des titres, etc;
Fortes capacités de modélisation financière - peut construire des modèles financiers dynamiques (financement, LBO, fusion, etc.
Maîtrise d'Excel, de PowerPoint, et d'outils de marchés financiers tels que Capital IQ ou Bloomberg Compréhension du processus de transactions M&A
