Your responsibilities in this role

• Using allotted time frames, retrieve data
• Handle documents and tasks related to faxing, archiving, scanning, filing, and word processing
• Coordinate file gathering and indexing with various departments and employees
• Give utmost attention to quality control to ensure proper document filing
• Field and answer questions about records and files
• Offer assistance as necessary for other employees on diverse projects
• Make sure a high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents are arranged within specific guidelines
