Tu papel
- Ayudar al Gerente de Restaurante en la gestión del equipo de restaurante y asegurar la configuración adecuada
- Participar en la bienvenida a los huespedes a su llegada y garantizar la calidad del servicio
- Determinar las oportunidades de formación y capacitación
- Asegurar que las normas y los procedimientos de la empresa sean seguidos por personal
- Notificar al gerente del restaurante las necesidades de ropa y otros productos necesarios
- Asegurarse de que el establecimiento del buffet y la decoración estén en su lugar
- Control de calidad y velocidad de limpieza de la mesa durante el servicio
- Planificar horarios semanales y participar en la contratación de personal nuevo
- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y excelentes habilidades de motivación para entrenamientos
- Ayudar al personal de servicio durante los períodos de alta ocupación según sea necesario
