GENERAL FUNCTION
The Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and programs that ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company standards. This role provides leadership in creating a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace by promoting a strong safety culture, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and minimizing risk to employees, operations, and the environment. The EH&S Manager partners with operations, leadership, and employees at all levels to deliver training, conduct audits, lead incident investigations, and ensure proactive hazard prevention.

Pay Range : $95,000-$115,000
This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and / or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
