Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing company based in Pointe - Claire, Quebec , is looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual Expediter to join their evolving purchasing and logistics team in the office . This is an exciting administrative opportunity to play a key role in entering and updating purchase orders, supplier contact, and organizing order records. With a culture built on innovation, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Liaise with suppliers to confirm order status of deliveries and communicate delivery dates to affected departments.
• Review all open purchase orders, enter in all order details from suppliers into the business systems.
• Monitor the flow of deliveries ensuring timely delivery, communicating with the transportation companies to preclude delays in transit.
• Make arrangements for the distribution of materials upon arrival.
• Follow company's health and safety policies and regulations.
