Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to support our client’s Inventory and Fixed Asset Specialist in Brantford, ON, during a peak period of activity. This role is ideal for someone with a background in finance, accounting, or asset management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data and systems.
- Pay rate : $27-$29 / hour depending on experience
- Location : Brantford, ON
- Shifts : Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm (Hybrid)
- Job type : Temporary | 3-Month Contract (with possible extension)

Assist with the reconciliation and verification of inventory and fixed asset records.Support data entry and validation in asset management systems and spreadsheets.Help prepare documentation for asset acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.Assist in physical inventory counts and tagging of assets as needed.Maintain accurate and organized records for audit and compliance purposes.Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Inventory and Fixed Asset Specialist.Qualifications
