Job description

Are you a skilled Maintenance Mechanic who is looking for a new and exciting permanent position in the Peel area?

Our client is searching for a talented and hard working Maintenance Mechanic with 433a license!

This role will take place in an excellent manufacturing facility within the pharmaceutical industry.

Advantages

Shift : Day Shift + OT Available

Pay : $41-$45 / hr

Benefits : Full Package + 3 weeks vacation

Location : Mississauga

Responsibilities

  • Performing Preventative Maintenance and Troubleshooting and installations of new equipment as required.
  • PLC Troubleshooting (Allen Bradley, Siemens, ABB)
  • Occasional Welding as required(TIG)
  • Adhere to safety standards and working with the Health & Safety Team to ensure proper operation and maintenance of machinery
  • Taking responsibility of parts ordering & management

Qualifications

  • Strong technical background in Maintenance and Building management Systems
  • Demonstrated and Excellent experience with coordinating activities across cross-functional areas
  • Strong written, verbal, communication and time-management skills
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office & Computerized Maintenance Management systems (CMMS)
