Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and set strategic direction for the Engineering team, aligning efforts with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end project and product delivery, ensuring successful execution and timely launches.
• Manage and prioritize workloads, optimizing resource allocation and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to turn business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Drive best practices in Agile methodologies, CI / CD, code quality, and emerging technologies such as AI and real-time systems.
• Monitor team performance, system reliability, and project progress using data-driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and industry regulations.
• Mentor and develop team leads and individual contributors, supporting both technical and career growth.
• Foster an inclusive, innovative culture that encourages knowledge sharing, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent to support team growth.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, partners, vendors, and clients.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in gaming development.
• Plan, manage, and optimize engineering budgets to support growth.
• Report to the COO on project status, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
