What You’ll Do :
- Lead and mentor a team of Outside Sales Representatives, manage and support their professional growth and business development activities in the region.
- Develop and execute territory plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, dealers, and contractors.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
- Identify new opportunities and collaborate with senior leadership on business development initiatives.
- Provide insights on regional market trends and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer service and brand positioning.
- Represent the company at industry events, lunch & learns, dealer events, trade shows, and client meetings.
