YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PARTS COUNTER PERSON :

• Provide exceptional customer service to both walk-in customers and phone inquiries, ensuring a top-notch experience.
• Assess customer needs, process parts requests, returns, quotes, and payments, and advise on product availability.
• Increase sales by upselling and cross-selling related products.
• Provide Service Technicians with the required parts to facilitate smooth operations in the service department.
• Maintain the retail sales floor, counter, and displays to dealership standards.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and ensuring appropriate stock levels.
• Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery or pick-up of parts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth department operations and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
