$100K - $110K annual salary depending on experience
Mon-Fri, Full time days
Relocation assistance of up to $11,000 for those relocating to Hawaii

Job requirements :
Graduate of an Occupational Therapist program
Current Hawaii State license as an Occupational Therapist or Hawaii license in process
Current certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
Current BLS certification
Prior Occupational Therapy experience in acute care, outpatient, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing or home health environments preferred.
